Utilization:
Dried or fresh roots used as a drink to relieve stress and treat headaches. Also used to relax and sooth sore muscles. Roots and leaves concocted as a tea may be used to treat urinary problems as well as asthma. A poultice can be made using the leaves and/or root of the plant to treat bruises, aches, and arthritis. Chew the leaves to relieve common cold sores. Not to be used when pregnant.
