Olena is used as an anti-inflammatory treatment when used internally or externally. It is also used to treat digestive problems. Other benefits include high antioxidants and the ability to fight certain bacteria. Commonly used to treat nose and ear infections. May be used as a poultice. Rhizome can be used freshly juiced, as a tea, or as a dried powder.
